v2.3.1 Release Checklist

Patch release: agent skills, run-scoped DV intelligence fixes, technically aligned documentation, and a verified product walkthrough.

See RELEASING.md. Run ./scripts/pre_release.sh v2.3.1 before tagging.

  • Version bump to 2.3.1 (pyproject.toml, package, MCP, plugin, and documentation surfaces)
  • CHANGELOG.md and docs/about/changelog.md updated
  • python scripts/check_versions.py v2.3.1 passes
  • ./scripts/pre_release.sh v2.3.1 passes locally
  • All 28 MCP tools and all three skill workflows pass
  • Wheel and source distribution pass twine check
  • CI and documentation workflows are green on main
  • Create and push v2.3.1
  • Confirm PyPI, GitHub Release, and MCP Registry publication
